The decor is older and very unique. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They offered help with taxis, camel rides, etc. They were easily accessible and very friendly.

Disappointed with the overall experience. Disappointing with Expedia as well the manager first shared a bill of Rs. 6151 with food. After this they realised that I booked the room from Expedia the the final bill I paid is Rs.10131. I paid double the normal rate for the room by Expedia. I’ll not recommend this app to any of my family and friends and will not use this for any future booking.

I stay at moti Mahal for one nights I booked deluxe double room but reseption person upgrade my room mountain view and hotel staff is very friendly Room was very clean and nice swimming pool when I go next time pushkar then stay same Palace I highly recommend. And Lake walking distance Moti Mahal Lake view hotel

Publié le 13 févr. 2018 sur HotelsNice new place clean floors,sheets and washroom, needs some improvement with lighting. Staff very attentive and helpfull, approach is bad, dusty,dirty confusing path way luckily that is only for a short distance closer to the Hotel. Some rooms have nice view of the hills afar,but view of the closer sorrounding is dissapointing.Building has integrity, the food tasted fresh and was served with smiles by happy looking staff. It is a good walk or drive away from the sarovar, temples and commercial street.

Comfortable Stay
Publié le 13 janv. 2018 sur HotelsNew hotel in haveli style. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, good shower in bathroom. Booked a lake view room, however you could not see the lake, probably better off going for a mountain view room. Breakfast very limited and service slow, we didn’t take any other meals in the hotel although they do offer dinner. Less than 10 minuet walk to town but initially along a sandy track but this wasn’t an issue. Overall a comfortable stay just could be improved by getting the service right. I would stay here again.
