Decent stay, room was a little dirty and property is showing it's age. Customer service was PERFECT.

Room was clean, and functional. Did not like being told I had to pay in cash for parking my car on the hotel's property. I've stayed at this location for several years and never had to pay parking fee. why the fee and why it had to be cash??

Thank you, Walter, for your review. I'm happy your room was to your satisfaction. We have always required paid parking, which is listed under our amenities. If you did not pay before, then you were lucky our front desk agent forgot, but we have been charging for parking for 4 years.

Clean and comfortable

No place to take my dog to bathroom. No vending machines. No staff at front desk, had to call and wait for someone. Jackie, who did come was friendly. Wasn’t told they had breakfast in the morning, check out time, pool and hot tub hours. Not really walking distance from Main Street, they did have golf cart rentals on site. Rooms were clean

Thank you, Jacqueline, for your review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that Jackie was able to assist you. We have a yard in front of our second building for dogs to use the bathroom. We also have a vending machine right outside the main door. We do have a number posted at the front desk if you need any assistance, as they also help at our other property and are doing work around the hotel. They are happy to answer any questions you may have. We are about 3 blocks from downtown, about a 10-15 minute walk.

Restroom lock is not working.paid parking fee but asked park at street. Rude behavior. Expired milk at coffe machine.

Thank you for your review. Please let the front desk know next time if a lock is not working. We perform regular maintenance on the rooms, but sometimes things happen and we are happy to fix it while you are still here. We do list under our amenities that our parking is 10/day. We have a parking lot and off-street parking when it is full, but it is a part of our property. The milk was not expired. The date listed on the jug is the sell by date, not use by date and it was a day past the sell by. What kind of rude behavior did you experience?

Employees very nice, pool area was very clean, if you can’t do stairs make sure you ask for 1st floor Ths was totally my fault and for it being Labor Day Weekend they where very nice being able to change my room.
We had Jackie signing us in and she is very good and what she does. One thing I didn’t care for was the music playing by the pool, it was pretty raunchy rap.

Group of 4 stayed the weekend before Labor Day. We got there early and our room was ready so we checked in. It was $10 a night per vehicle for parking. Upon arrival to our room, the bathroom smelled like an ash tray which we reported

When you brought the smell to the attention of our front desk staff, they offered to spray for the smoke or place a machine in the room to get rid of it; however, you declined. We do have posted under amenities that our parking is 10/day. Other than that, we hope you enjoyed your stay and would love for you to stay again.
