The worst place I ever stayed. I booked 2 nights but only stayed one because I just could not take the disgusting room I would never recommend this dump

It’s a great location but man it was dirty. Lots of hair on the floor from previous guests, smears of some questionable origin all across the tv, stains on sheets and blankets, bathroom sink was clogged. WAY too expensive for this level of filth.

Location was great. The young front desk girls were on their phone while you stood at the desk and ignored you. Smoking was allowed all through the pool. Just gross

I will address the issue with the front desk, my apologizes. The pool has its own regulations as to what they allow. Sorry your stay wasn't great.

The room was gross! When I pulled the cloth blind it was filthy dirty! I had to wipe the top of the bed had black dirt on top. Then the best is that I paid a “resort “ fee for what ? This was a room that entered as a motel. There was a pool but it was a public pool! All these people that stayed else where that Intalked to were using this pool but I paid a “resort “ fee! Never stay here !!

Thanks for your feedback. However, I think you must have the wrong hotel. We have never had a “resort fee”. In addition, as far as I know, all the pools on Put In Bay are open to the public, unless you’re staying at a condo or private residence. Have a great day.

Not bad- not great

For Put in Bay, it’s not bad. However the room was very damp, the matress was a 4/10 and the rooms were quite loud. Having said that, I’m accustomed to worse on the Island

I gave it a 3 star because: 1) When my Significant Other & I checked in, I was told it was for 1 night instead of 3 (the situation was handled correctly the next day) 2) When I initially made the reservation it was for a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. 3) I noticed there were patches of mold painting over. 4) Housekeeping came in our room the next day (Friday) ... although it was an accident, it was the principle. 5) My suggestion is don't sleep in past 10 AM because that's when they play music around the pool area. I did however enjoy hanging out with our Loved Ones while we were there. So much to see... you're able to go on the cart ride, different restaurants & to me it's a Party Town so don't bring your Children.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry for the mix up at check in. Glad we resolved the issue quickly. As for the noise at the pool, perhaps if you choose to stay with us in the future an interior room may better suit you. Far less noisy in the main building.
