I feel like if you enjoy party life and loud noise since there is a bar next door that plays into the midnight hours than this place is for you. It wasn’t for us. The area is really pretty next to the lake across the park.

Thank you, Randy, for your review. We are located downtown, walking distance to most, but we are located next to a bar and unfortunately, we can not control their noise. If you enjoyed our location and rooms, I would recommend coming during the week when you do not have to worry about their noise going on so late.

When we got to the property, after the already inflated price of $553/night, we were told there were additional fees not included in the price on Hotels.com and that the actual price was $659/night!!! Television only got one channel and when we had maintenance come look at it the first morning, the guy said he had to get his brother and then NEVER came back. No coffee maker. No hairdryer. This was an unbelievably bad stay!!!

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We can not control third party rates and that is where the price discrepancy lies. I apologize that someone did not assist you in fixing your tv issue. With your stay being during Bash on the Bay, it can get pretty hectic, but I will address this with our front desk staff. We do not advertise coffee makers in the room. I hope you try us again in the future.

They had the room done early and we were able to check in earlier than the check-in time that was given.

The staff was very rude. They also charge you a $250 deposit, and no it’s no a hold the charge you and if you don’t tell them when you check out the charge remains! Very unprofessional and rude!

We booked the luxury suite, and it was anything but luxurious.it was dark and none of the furnishings matched. Couldn’t open the curtains because the window faced the driveway that all the golf carts were parked at. Only could rent a golf cart from the hotel or we could park there. The location was convenient to most things. Unfortunately it was located between two bars that had live music till 2am. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
