The owner Heinz drew a map for us of the key natural spots to look out for, lent us his own 2 warm jackets when we realised the weather was much colder than expected and he also recommended a brilliant detour on our way from putre to colchane, and we had nice breakfasts and dinners freshly prepared and good packed lunches, and amazing wine. You are at 3.5km altitude so the facilities were simpler, but the service was excellent. They really looked after us. Thanks for a great stay!

Pour : The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They gave us breakfast to go as I wasn't feeling well due to the altitude.
Contre : Small details... maybe make sure that there are no marks or stains on the linen and that there is a plastic bag in the garbage can in the washroom.
Emplacement : Great location, easy drive to the famous Lago Chungará.
We stayed there one night in order to visit Lago Chungará, The town is surrounded by pretty scenery. It's about a 2 hour drive from Arica and then another one hour drive to Chungará. We saw lots of cute animals along the way. The hotel room was big with a table and lots of closets. The view from the room was pretty. Supper in the restaurant was affordable.

Soggiorno di 4 notti con escursioni quotidiane nelle zone circostanti. L'hotel è confortevole e possiede il ristorante interno se nn si ha voglia di spostarsi x la cena

Contre : They only accept payment in cash. No credit cards. Only one ATM in town, which does not accept international cards. Imagine. And expedia do not warn
Please, be adviced to bring a 20 liters can of diesel with you to make sure your return to Arica. Or you will be in trouble.
