Needs improvement
Publié le 27 févr. 2020 sur HotelsAum Hotel is a small hotel, mostly this will be for pilgrims to Prasanthi Nilayam. Hotel is ok, but it needs updating. The bathroom had water on the floor and it didn’t feel “homely”
Breakfast was good, friendly staff but hotel needs to be updated.

After I walked in to 'my' room without window, without table, etc. and with awful smell, I decided not to stay at this hotel.
Despite of my reservation mentioned a free breakfast included, I was told there will be no free breakfast.
Maybe there are better rooms and so forth but my experience with this hotel was not pleasant at all.

Publié le 13 juill. 2019 sur HotelsVery pleased that i got a free upgrade for using hotels.com. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as single female traveller. Hotel is conveniently located. My personal feedback for improvement is for the hotel to look into the cleanliness of their bedsheets and service at the restaurant. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for me.
