Publié le 1 juill. 2019 sur Hotels룸타입 테라스뷰는 최고였으나 체크인시 한시간을 넘게 기다렸음에도 보상서비스도 없는 대응이 아숴웠고, 주변에 편의시설이 조금 부족하지만 완다몰이 있어서 다행이었습니다
산책로나 청결도나 비품등의 수준이 높아서 전체적으로 만족했습니다

No one speaks a word if english
After 11 not a single restaurant or coffee shop even open in the hotel. (Mind you the hotel is at least 20 mins drive to anything, so there are no other options)
They have 6 items available on the late room service, after I placed the order they called back 3 times to tell me they don’t have the items.
It took more then an hour to deliver what ever it was that they had and it was cold and awful.
There is no steam room, the jacuzzi doesn’t work, and you need a swimming cap to go to the pool. They don’t have any to lend or sell to you. Who travels with a swim cap?!!
When you bring any of these items to the manager’s attention absolutely nothing gets done.

Publié le 6 août 2018 sur Hotels說實話,蠻失望的,晚上20:30車子到酒店門口也沒有迎賓也沒有行李員,進去大堂一個人也沒有,找櫃檯找不到,原來在對角右轉角落,櫃檯一定要這麼隱秘嗎?健身中心的室內游泳池設備裝潢還不如我家社區的。吃個自助式晚餐要扶著我85歲的老媽,穿堂走10分鐘到隔壁的嘉華酒店才吃得到,菜色差,刺身師傅的刀工一刀厚一刀薄,切都切不齊,應該是打工的。酒店大廳門口一個月前上了掃碼電瓶車,沒有服務人員教導,門口的警衛一問三不知,我們研究了15分鐘才上路。全日匯自助早餐區域特別小,沒有服務人員帶位,自己搶不到位子,服務人員包括主管都沒有經過國際酒店等級的專業訓練,居然服務生還問我,我隔壁桌的客人是走了嗎?六星級的硬體,三星級的服務。
