The pool was not usable during our stay. Room is great: clean, nice furniture etc. We asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us which she did and gave us a price quote. It turned out she hired someone local for an overpriced ride claiming that all taxis were busy. We were in a rush and had no time to argue and wait for another taxi. Was very disgusting. Not something I would expect from an employee of such hotel.

Nice hotel a long way from the beach

For being the world's largest Ramada it has little to no recreational facilities or amenities. The breakfast is decent, but the other food is far too expensive and not at all good. I would suggest going into town for any other meals.

Ramada Hotel and suites is just perfect! The service is as good as can be; there is always someone there at your service. We had the misfortune to come to Bo'ao during a rainstorm, but the staff made sure that we had a nice time in every way the could. I would recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely come back int the future when the villas and the 5-star hotell is completed.
