It was a great room. The jacuzzi hot tub was AMAZEing!! The room was very big with a lot to it. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was being told i had requested a non smoking room alif/when available, however I NEVER made no such request. I had actually, specifically,selected and booked myself a smoking room.And was looking forward to recieveing the smoking room, as it is a very nice convenience being that it is so so rare to even find any Hotels with any smoking room options anymore.So I was very much excited and looking forward to my smoking room.However when I went to check in I was told there was a note on my booking, requesting to be put into a non smoking room when available and so the guy said he followed the orders of the note made to my account and is putting me in a non smoking room. When I said that is So weird, because I NEVER Called in, or at any point requested, a non smoking room. He then said that the only way that there is a note put on to an account like this, would be that a guest had to of called in and made the Request, so I must have been who had done so. I looked at him and said, that's really weird, because I definitely DID NOT, and then he looked at me like I was lying &stated again well you did or a note wouldn't be here for the no smoking.I was then put into a non smoking room, which fine, but I did not like being spoken to as thouugh I was lying and also loosing out on my actually requested/booked room.

Staff was fine. Bed was clean. Building was old and worn. No elevator, Tub did not drain.

The bathroom was disgusting filthy the shower had mildew on the doors and on baseboards bathrooms door don’t shut and the entrance door was so difficult you have to kick it to open and slam it when you shut the door. Overall it was a waste of money I’m not pleased at all

We stay one night. It was good.
The area, and breakfast was good. Only fault we found was in the bathroom. It was dirty. The bath tub was slipery from being dirty. Checking processes was good. I would recommend it. Is a fair price.
