Family vacation 2024
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our fifth year in a row using VRBO for a family vacation with our grown children, their partners, and our granddaughter. We were very excited to return to Vancouver Island to explore all the gorgeous beaches and parks. We picked this location as it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was great and our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The house was as stated and had enough bedrooms and beds for our group of 8. Our only disappointment was the pool and the hot tubs were closed for the season, listing states open for the summer, but actually they close right after Labour Day. Although the beach is very rocky, our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had a blast exploring the shore. It is a bit isolated and we knew that going in, so we would plan our grocery shopping trips with going to see other parks and beaches in the area. Overall we always have a good time being together as family and would recommend this house and complex, even though we didn't have the pool or hot tubs.

Great location, great house

Lovely spot
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was clean and well stocked. A beautiful place. We spent tons of time at the pool and exploring Qualicum.
Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I highly recommend this house.
Only downside was the upstairs twin beds were too hard. Kids had terrible sleeps. With proper mattresses or thick foam toppers it would be great.

A great holiday home with everything you need
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at this home - we were there for a whole week and felt it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious and comfy and the swimming pool is great.

Great place to explore from
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place worked wonderfully for our needs. Loved the beach at low tide. Pool was a nice treat for kids and adults. Property was clean. It could used a bit more and better seating in the living room. The outdoor patio set is a bit tired too.

Fantastic family vacation home!
