Scott and his family had the pleasure of staying with us at Riverside Resort for an entire week, spanning from the last week of June to the first week of July. Throughout their stay, they exemplified utmost respect and appreciation for our amenities and services. It was delightful to see them enjoy our pools, waterslides, and mini-golf facilities, along with indulging in the delicious offerings at our store, including pizza and ice cream.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Scott and his family for choosing our resort for their vacation. Their courteous demeanor and enthusiasm for our offerings made their stay a joy for our team. We eagerly look forward to welcoming them back for future stays, whether it's for another memorable week or more visits in the future.

Posted Aug. 11, 2023 on HomeAwayThis unit’s deck Is shared with the pool deck so it is noisy at night. Also, seems no one enforces the non smoking so our room would stink since there is no AC and we had to keep the windows open. The kids enjoyed the slide and golf.

Enjoyed our stay - Except the pool hours for adults.
Posted Aug. 16, 2022 on HomeAwayI was told that adults could swim 1 hr before the opening time of the children's swim & 1 hr after the children's swim. The staff then told me it was discussed but not approved. When you're a senior & disabled it would have been nice to swim laps without children jumping on you.
The staff were wonderful & helpful each and every day.

Facility amazing, staff super nice. Room was disappointing
Posted Sep. 4, 2019 on HomeAwayThe pool, water slides and staff were all excellent! My room was dirty though, the hairdryer almost lit my hair on fire. There were not enough linens. No one has responded to my attempts at communicating about our experience.
