The staff were incredibly nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to many attractions. I walked to visit Hong Ya Dong and enjoyed some amazing hot pot nearby. There's also a shopping mall nearby, adding even more convenience. "Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it."

It’s the service, comfort and cleanliness that made us stay for another 4 nights. Wanted to taste the local breakfast in the neighbourhood but opted for hotel breakfast instead until checkout. That’s thanks to staff like 刘德梅 who was obliging, courteous and professional. She was always attentive to our needs (e.g. how to operate the beverage equipment or what’s the best tasty local food of the day). Well ventilated, clean, soundproofed and spacious rooms. Definitely recommending Milky Way Hotel. It’s the staff who make the difference. "
