Pas mauvais mais je n'y retournerai pas
Suite pratique car 2 chambres et un "salon", MAIS gros manque de transparence de la part de l'hôtel : * Le paiement devait se faire sur place mais finalement a été pris 3 jours d'avance; * L'hôtel ne répond jamais aux messages! * Impossible de communiquer avec l'hôtel même par téléphone (même hotels.com n'a pas réussi à leur parler); * Le déjeuner qui devait être disponible ne l'était pas, obligé de perdre 40 min pour faire un aller-retour au Tim le plus proche; * L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise avec le logement au-dessus; * Les 2 "divan-lits" simples du salon sont de très mauvaise qualité, un côté dur et un côté mou, avec une barre métallique au milieu sur toute la longueur du lit !

We had to go find the person responsible for check-in from the restaurant. The room was below average. Cold, beds making noise. Overall below average.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet and warm place. Ideal for couples or families. Clean, comfortable place with lots of amenities. We'll be back for sure. We loved our weekend with the kids. I recommend the Valcartier Inn 😊
