Stayed for 2 nights - check in was unfriendly.

Pour : The bathroom facility was excellent.
Contre : need 2 pillows and staff should give friendly service and information. There should be tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Emplacement : Queenstown
Room was 3 stars but staff during check in gave wrong info regarding way to get into town and I found her quite unfriendly. We arrived 45 mins earlier and it was raining. There was no one in the room allocated to us but we were turned away - information as to where and how to get into Queenstown was wrong and we had to walk for nearly 2 hrs in the drizzling rain. Found out ourselves the next day that it would have been easier to catch a bus from the bus stop down the road to Queenstown instead of walking! No tea/coffee in room provided except an electric jug. When asked if it is B&B, was told it was a lie. I have stayed in many hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars and also B&B and certainly not going back to this one due to unfriendliness.
