Perfect location and wonderful views

The home was perfectly situated for all kinds of activities, and there was plenty of room for our family of seven. Our host, Reid, was an excellent communicator and very helpful. We truly look forward to the opportunity to stay again next year!

Eagles View Queenstown

We had a fantastic family catch-up, with lovely communal areas, and excellent facilities for our 3 separate family groups. Thanks Reid, for everything. Hopefully, we'll be back again in the future!

Queenstown Beautiful little town.

We packed in lots of tourist activities.
Seen a few other little places near Queenstown.
Snow on the mountains were awsome.
Over all we loved every thing about Queenstown

Well appointed kitchen and large dining table. Host was great to deal with would highly recommend this property for large family or a stay with friends

Great location, huge place
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time here. There was plenty of room for two families (couple with two kids and a couple with one child) all adults. Location was great. Kitchen worked well for when we wanted to cook. And communication was good.

Friends NZ Trip Queenstown Last Stop
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second trip to Queenstown and our 4 friends' first trip. Love the area and all of the things that you can do there. The house has a really great location within short walking distance to town. You can view the lake and the gondola ride easily. It has a lot of bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and multiple decks and two sets of washers/driers. It is quiet with a great kitchen. The owner is very easy to communicate with. Inside some items in need of a refresh. One bedroom had 2 pillows but no pillowcases and pillows were stained. All beds had one pillow per person and not 2. Bedspread in our bedroom had a large hole in it. Light fixtures had not been cleaned in a long time as well as some shelves, etc. Bedding needed a refresh and possibly carpet. Seating area in living room very good. The owner has 2 pages of detailed instructions for everything - be sure to read all of the details - it's important. WiFi works well. Also know that the walk back to the house is up a steep incline.

4 Night stay for3 couples from USA , i tried to accommodate Karen's requests including early check in & last minute late check out.
I use commercial cleaners who use the same linen as Hotels, some bedroom were not requested the cleaners may not have made all beds up completely. My home is an older style property and given the number of great reviews given over the last 13 odd yrs and the 3 rate by Karen im assuming she didnt like taking the firewood back to my neighbours after not reading the arrival instructions properly. I will personally check the property in July and update the cleaners immediately on the points & feedback made. Given Karen's feedback about me being very easy to communicate with i'm assuming the three star rating & comments had an underlying principal and i'm open to feedback and updates where all my other guests supply this privately and its taken onboard and mostly acted upon & praised as i'm in a different island and rely on my guest to contact me directly, if needed, which every one does on all media.
