Top mais problème de climatisation

Magnifique hôtel, tout était parfait sauf la climatisation qui n’existe pas sauf au dernier étage! Du coup l’hôtel avait mis un appareil portatif pour rafraîchir la chambre, malheureusement insuffisant vu le magnifique temps à l’extérieur.

Excellent staff, spacious rooms. Had renovations when we stayed so view was obstructed but we were told prior to arriving.

Disappointing for such a high end property, but not horrible. Good staff and a clean room... but common areas were a little shabby. The decor is dated and dark. Breakfast was decent, lunch was not great and very pricey. Biggest complaints were barely functional wifi that was constantly dropping (reported it early on but no resolution and clearly a recurring issue for them) so you couldn't even read the news on your mobile let alone streaming to tv (non existent) and loud heating and cooling units could disrupt sleep. If you have any mobility issues, don't book here... Incredibly steep entry. Next time I'll book somewhere else but I wasn't completely uncomfortable.

Beautiful place to stay. Would have loved not to have do the stairs to our room as we had a pram and a toddler but everything else was amazing. Definitely a five star hotel
