The Space:
Modern luxury at its best, you’ll find contemporary furnishings and luxurious fittings spread over two spacious levels. The living area showcases comfortable leather couches that offer loads of sitting space and frame an extravagant gas fireplace. The sky-high ceilings add to the opulence and are complemented by expansive glass sliding doors offering vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains beyond. Open the doors and embrace indoor-outdoor living as you step out onto one of the balconies featuring an outdoor dining table with a backdrop of The Remarkables.

The most magnificent feature? An outdoor private courtyard showcasing a spa pool so you can soak under the stars with a glass of wine and a side of the same majestic mountain views.

A spacious and fully-stocked kitchen provides all you’ll need for a comfortable stay including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine with pods, full-sized fridge, all the cooking essentials and seemingly-endless pantry and cupboard space.

Ideal for a family holiday or friends getaway, enjoy a master king bedroom with a private, lake-facing outdoor deck. In addition, there are three more king rooms and a fifth room with two single beds or a king bed if necessary. Two and a half newly-renovated bathrooms offer bathtubs, heated towel racks, complimentary toiletries and the luxury of heated floors throughout

We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Just five minutes’ drive from the centre of Queenstown, with local shops and eateries just 10 minutes’ walk away, indulge in a lavish, newly-renovated escape in a prime location.

A few minutes’ drive will take you to the spectacular Kawarau Falls where turquoise waters are surrounded by lush forestry. Want to get that heart racing? Go white water rafting at nearby Arthurs Point, slay the powder at Coronet Peak or trek one of the many nearby hiking trails—Morningstar Track, Ben Lomond Mountain and Historic Tunnel Walk, to name a few. Not for the faint-hearted, take the breathtaking leap with the Shotover Canyon Swing.

Built up a sweat? Take a dip at Wilson Bay Reserve or any of the pristine bays you can find at 7 Mile Scenic Range Reserve.

Getting Around:
- There is public transportation on the main road which is 100m away
- Free parking onsite and in the street
- 7 minute drive to the airport, or 30 minutes by public transportation

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.

Some of the king beds can be split to make two king single beds.
