Un dépit a été pris à l’arrivée sur ma carte de crédit mais n’a pas été crédité encore 7 jrs plus tard 50$ NZ???? Merci

Petite marche pour se rendre à Queenstown avec un dénivelé pour le retour. Nous avons bien aimé l'endroit.

Nous avons passe une escale d'une nuit dans ce petit studio, et aurions aime y rester plus longtemps. Le lit était très confortable la salle de bain moderne et impeccable. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous.

Très belles prestations (modernité de la chambre, confort), mais il est important de savoir pour tout séjour supérieur à une nuit, qu'il n'y a pas de vrais services hoteliers à savoir ménage et réapprovisionnement en nécessaire de toilette... C'est une chambre d' appartement en location journalière et non un hotel!

A nice spacious apartment but didn't like the couch. Handy to bus stop.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights, spoilt only by the very loud bathroom fan which goes on with the lights (they need to separate the lights from the fan); water turned off without notice for 10-15 minutes (unfortunately I was in the shower and when I asked reception they said maintenance had to replace a filter - why did this have to happen at 10:30am?); TV remote not working all the time in the lounge (and bedroom remote would not work with the lounge tv even though same brand); sofas in lounge too large for the space; pillows a bit lumpy. Despite that, location and other aspects of the apartment were fine.

We understand how the noise can be disruptive, especially when it automatically turns on with the lights. I have passed your comments on to our maintenance team for further review.Regarding the water being turned off during your shower, we sincerely apologise for the lack of communication. While maintenance work is sometimes necessary, we understand the inconvenience this caused, especially without prior notice. We will ensure that any future maintenance affecting the water supply is communicated to our guests well in advance.I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the TV remotes. This is certainly not the standard of convenience we aim to provide. We will inspect the remotes to ensure they are functioning properly.As for the pillows, I’m sorry they didn’t meet your expectations. The rooms were quite average, does not give you the feeling of 5 star, neither they offer much of the facilities which make them stand out. It is like an apartment with small room which every other motel would offer.
