Amazing service & Richard went above & beyond with an early checkin & late checkout not a problem. We highly recommend staying while in beautiful Queenstown.

Fantastic property, great location, Wonderful staff. The only thing I would say is for the price point There are few little things that need to be addressed as for small repairs in the room.

The view from our balcony hot tub across Queenstown & the Lake (day & night) was amazing.
The Carlin compared very favourably to other 6 star hotels we have stayed in.

The Carlin is well located in easy walking distance to the Queenstown Mall and Lake Wakatipu. The complimentary airport pick-up made my arrival seamless. The rooms are modern with every detail considered. I received a surprise upgrade upon checking in. The cocktail hour and breakfast included in the rate were delicious and added value. I loved relaxing on the terrace with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace and the box of treats left at evening turndown service. I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Carlin the next time I'm in Queenstown.

Was looking forward to staying here, however didn’t have the greatest stay. The balcony with spa and fireplace was excellent, however around ten pm another family opened our door with their key, which was quite startling. The bathroom had average water pressure and looked a bit tired. We were woken up in the middle of the night with the sound of wind coming through the fire door in the bedroom.
