Presque parfait
Publié le 12 nov. 2022 sur HotelsHôtel très bien situé. La chambre que j’avais était parfaitement bien équipée, cuisine mais aussi lave linge et sèche-linge. Propre à l'arrivée.
Je regrette seulement que pendant mon séjour de 6 nuits, il n’y ait eu aucun service de ménage complet. Aucun nettoyage des sols, des sanitaires, lavabo et douche. Le service de nettoyage quotidien se limite au vidage des poubelles et recharger les cafés, thé etc… changement des serviettes une fois.
J’ai dû réclamer pour recharger le distributeur de savon de la douche.
Dommage pour le standing du lieu.

We apologize that the service standards were not to your expectations we do our best to ensure each stay is comfortable and the rooms are well equipped. Regrettably we have had to reduce our service standards as we are still experiencing staffing shortages we do inform all guest of such in the room however we apologize this was somewhat unclear.We hope to welcome you back in order to improve your opinion of the hotel. This was a little better place than what I expected. The foo at their restaurant was top notch, they had great Happy Hour drinks, and the rooms were very nice with amazing views!!! The best part was downtown with dining/shopping was literally across the street!! HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

Very clean and well kept hotel with friendly helpful staff. In a quiet area nearby airport and shopping area with plenty of places to eat
