Presque parfait

Hôtel très bien situé. La chambre que j’avais était parfaitement bien équipée, cuisine mais aussi lave linge et sèche-linge. Propre à l'arrivée. Je regrette seulement que pendant mon séjour de 6 nuits, il n’y ait eu aucun service de ménage complet. Aucun nettoyage des sols, des sanitaires, lavabo et douche. Le service de nettoyage quotidien se limite au vidage des poubelles et recharger les cafés, thé etc… changement des serviettes une fois. J’ai dû réclamer pour recharger le distributeur de savon de la douche. Dommage pour le standing du lieu.

Regrettably we have had to reduce our service standards as we are still experiencing staffing shortages we do inform all guest of such in the room however we apologize this was somewhat unclear.We hope to welcome you back in order to improve your opinion of the hotel. First room was small, no chair to sit in. View was another hotel. Room was comfortable, shower was best. Beam over window a hazard.

I think your reception staff are unfriendly. They need to understand without customers a business is nothing and it costs nothing to smile :) Also maybe it is high time you upgrade to Smart Tv's because even cheap motels nowadays have smart TV's so I expected a better tv at your hotel

contruction was gong on over the road, woken up early hours of the morning - i paid a lot for this room and it doesnt look as modern as the photos, i couod hear the next room snoaring . unable to get an uber or taxi from here to the airport and its only a 3 minute drive away. i had alot of luggage
