Quelle mauvaise surprise, cet établissement.
Publié le 18 févr. 2015 sur HotelsIl s'agit d'un vieil hôtel, les chambres sont petites ( par exemple la no 502 ), les oreillers vraiment mauvais, la douche a un pommeau des années 1970, les piscines sont minuscules et une est toujours à l'ombre. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique, sauf au restaurant une certaine Yendry qui ne sourit jamais et est presque rude. La plage publique est remplie de voitures sur la plage, et de chiens qui bien sûr font leurs besoins devant vous. Non, cet hôtel ne vaut pas le quart de son prix. Une partie du chemin n'est pas éclairé, le soir. Nous avons trouvés de bien meilleurs établissements à 70 km de là, des vrais palaces cette fois.

Publié le 21 août 2013 sur HotelsTres bon souvenir .Hôtel un peu difficile à trouver mais une fois que l on y est , on est charmé par la gentillesse du personnel qui fait beaucoup d'efforts pour apporter au client un service personnalisée. La plage quasi privée ,la vue exceptionnelle des chambres et des terrasses , ainsi que la qualité du restaurant en font un hôtel très agréable et recommandable pour y passer quelques jours .A noter que le parc Manuel Antonio est accessible à pied par la plage en une vingtaine de minutes.A conseiller ,un des plus beaux hotels de notre séjour .

Amazing staff. Everyone was so kind, happy, and incredible. Beautiful resort with great access to the ocean and tons of wildlife thank you to everyone there for making our stay so wonderful!

Stunning beach, excellent food and drink, great staff. The property is mostly accessible by golf cart once you check in— I had planned to walk to Manuel Antonio some during the trip but that’s a bit of a project. Everything you need is right there though!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were already high. The views from the room were outstanding and the service and hospitality was top-notch. The food was incredible as was the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily come back again in the future.

The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each way, into the manual. Antonio Park is $12 each way. We initially use the resort transportation when we arrived to take us from the Quapos airport to the resort which was around $68. I asked the resort multiple times how much transportation would be via taxi and they avoided this question. On the way back, we decided to take a red taxi and it was only $25. The resort was helpful when asking how much to taxi would be to other places, although not to the airport. Adorable tourist shops in the area although very overpriced so do negotiate. We did multiple tours that we booked on our own. I would definitely recommend a guide for the manual Antonio Park. We did a volunteer for a day with Kids Saving the Rainforest and you will see more animals up close. Also loved the Night walk Rainmaker tour and horseback to beautiful waterfalls. Transportation to the Waterfall was $140 and tix $160 for two, but lovely. Bring any meds you might need pharmacy charged $80 for a $20 medication, ouch
