Please note that this reviewer did not stay at our property. This reservation was made on Expedia (hotels.com) and canceled on the same day. Unfortunately Expedia charged his credit card anyway, which of course made him angry (at Expedia, not us). We were able to get Expedia to credit this amount back and have spoken with him several times. He is now very happy and will hopefully be staying with us sometime in the near future. He tried to get this negative review removed, but Expedia told him (and us) that once a review is posted, it cannot be changed or removed. As you can see by every other review (on multiple other listing sites), we ensure that our properties are nothing less than 5 star worthy with customer service to match.

Great views! Beautiful unit, we really enjoyed ourselves, a quick 10min walk through the jungle to Tulemar beach ✌

The sense of privacy was unique. There was a hot/cold shower/tub on the patio facing a gorgeous ocean view. Easy walk to a secluded beach with excellent food/beverage service and free boogie boards. Excellence on every level.
