This was my first time in Queretaro and luckily, this hotel. So I left in love with the city and very grateful for the attention and service offered at the hotel. The design and construction of this hotel, especially where the rooms are located, is amazing and very futuristic. Unfortunately, the sound and noise travel easily, perhaps because of the type of material used or the lack of insulation from noise. The employees are very friendly, but sometimes the music could be more relaxing, rather than rock or techno so early in the morning.

The room and location were safe and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just a few things that weren’t great and may cause us not to come back. The tv selection/channels were not good, the Wi-Fi was spotty, the toilet kept getting stopped up and there was no place to hang your towel- don’t want to hand it near toilet. Otherwise we liked it.

Really feels enclosed, the building and everything was great but since they do not have any windows facing the outside (they face other rooms) I was feeling a bit claustrophobic. No sunshine comes in but other than that everything was great, great location. If you are like me and feel a bit homesick or sad while away from home the window situation doesn’t help so maybe request a room that does face an actual window.

Usual American complaints
The hotel is very nice, clean and beautiful. Have a very nice cold and hot buffet for and extra $17. Angel was a very attentive at the front desk and helpful when I couldn’t get back on the wi-fi. The only negative comments are the early morning mopping in the halls with a plastic mop you could hear in the rooms. Also there are many loud sounds from the hallway and other rooms. On the last day there were loud booming sounds above me at 6am. Called front desk and was told there is a gym above my room. This is typical Mexico where loud sounds are a way of life. I will now add that to my list I of things to ask about as well as being away from the elevator.

Everything was great! The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was super nice. However, the staff at the bar was VERY inexperienced which made getting drinks a little difficult. We will for sure stay there again next time in Querétaro
