Check in was efficient and pleasant. No real signage indicating renovations. Floor in bathroom cracked. Taps stained and toilet floor uncleaned. Bed was comfortable. A/C extremely loud . Can hear people talking and playing from the pool below. Service staff very friendly and professional. Hoping for improvement after renovations for possible next visit

I liked the renovations that you mad to the rooms. I did not like the pillows and the air conditioner was very loud.

It is always my half way stop when I am headed to Dawson Creek. Its convenient, has a restaurant and others near by, staff are friendly, clean rooms. Don't like the pillows on the bed, too soft.

The hotel is undergoing an upgrade but was still quiet. Our air conditioner had a hard time keeping up but the front desk staff made a note of it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely upgraded and clean.
