Great Place to Relax!
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place has plenty of room to host the 10 people we had. The house had a very luxurious feel to it and everything seemed high-end. It had more than enough pots and pans, towels, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. The views from the backyard is phenomenal and the boat dock was very nice to relax from and enjoy the lake. We will definitely be coming back again!

Exceeded Expectations

From the classic tabletop arcade game, to the billiards table, to the Sonos sound system throughout the property, it was entertainment in full surround. The house itself was wonderful. Ample furniture to get comfortable. Very comfortable temp. The beds were great. The showers were great. Everything was great. The only small concern we had was addressed immediately. The management staff for this property are excellent to deal with. Just to name drop,Thank you Michelle. The dock is incredible and the views are simply magnificent. The hot tub hit the spot for a bunch for late 40 and 50 somethings. We had a great time.

Stunning house!
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is stunning! The rooms can accommodate all ages. We loved that each room had it’s own bathroom. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the kid’s bunk room and the game room. We all had a spot to eat together at meal time between the large table and bar top. The house is stocked with everything you need. We did not use the hot tub, but seemed nice. The back patio swing was a hit! Only down side was the location on the lake- lots of timber so be very careful coming and going on the lake.

Texas Paradise
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe chose this property to celebrate a couple of anniversaries with friends and family and it did not disappoint. We rented Casa Esperanza June 1st-5th. This was our 1st VRBO and couldn't have been more thrilled with the home and the property. One of the main reasons for choosing this home was the lakefront location, fishing pier and of course the beautiful home. The home was completely stocked with anything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. We spent a good amount of time outside on the pier and the back patio. I can't say enough about this home. It made our 40th anniversary very special!

Wedding weekend
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was conveniently close to my daughter’s wedding venue and our stay there was fantastic! Even though it rained the majority of Sunday, it worked out having the game room for the kiddos. We loved the location and amenities. Will definitely come back!

An absolute Diamond in the Rough
Publié le 1 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThere are so many amazing things about this location, and the beautiful aesthetics this property embodies is astonishing, but I will tell you a few things that may be of concern and hopefully helps the next guest stay more amazing.
For me and my family the observance of things that need to be serviced are the stove (mainly oven) does not function properly and I cook daily. I had a couple dishes that would typically take 15 minutes tops have to stay in the oven about 45 minutes on broil to fully cook. (I was simply melting cheese on Quinoa)
A few dishes were very noticeably dirty so I washed all the dishes prior to use.
( they do have a fully stocked kitchen though)
The only thermostat that functioned properly was in the master bedroom my children had to endure temperatures between 65 and 70 the entire stay as if on a timer and would not allow us to adjust and I tried texting for a solution and never got a response so I was extremely grateful GOD gave us beautiful weather these couple of days and they loved the property so much they were willing to freeze for the duration of the stay.
The hot tub had a strong odor and yellow ring that it took us a few hours to clean.
I simply think to much effort was placed in the details of this property that the maintenance should be more of a priority.
My husband is Mr fix it and had to tend to a few maintenance issues but if you’re not very hand..IDK
The septic system does not function properly either as there were fluid's in yard.

Michelle I am not sure why the oven didn't work for you correctly. It is a german brand that has different controls so maybe it wasn't on the correct setting. We have added a laminated card so all guest know what all the symbols mean and can make sure it is on the correct setting. I am sorry about any dirty dishes you may have come across, I will get with my housekeeper about that. As far as the HVAC system, it is a zone system so 3 thermostats are on 1 zone. I will add clear instructions for guest so they are aware how to operate the zones correctly. I did not see that I had missed your message, as I would have been happy to walk you thru the system or come by to show you. As for the septic system, there was an overflow cap that had been run over by the lawn crew and that is completely repaired and not an issue. The hot tub is cleaned, treated and tested between every stay and should have been great for your arrival! I thank you for not allowing a few minor things to ruin your stay or how you reviewed the property. We would love to show you how we care for our property and dig in to all feedback we get!

Spectacular!

The kitchen is stocked with everything short of food to prepare, the appliances are modern and high-quality, and the dock offers prime seating for incredible sunset views. Overall, great value- I would not hesitate to book again.
