At arrival the front desk didn’t even speak to us aside from to ask for my ID and to tell me to sign. Had to call down to get the Wi-Fi password because he didn’t even tell us it was on the sleeve.
Rooms on the surface were clean, however we stayed 2 nights and wanted to put some bottles of water in the fridge…. It was hot and covered in mold and mildew.
Shower head was broken, it worked but couldn’t adjust the water flow or it would spew out from behind the jets. Bugs were also found on the wall and in the bathroom.
Went to breakfast first morning at 830 and all the food was gone (understandable as there was no vacancy but disappointing as breakfast is to be served until 11). 2nd morning went down at 7 am and coffee was empty, did eat some food though and it was good.
Was told we would be refunded back a percentage for military discount that the original clerk didn’t give, hasn’t happened yet but we will see.
All in all, great hotel, but staff not the nicest and the fridge thing, unacceptable.
