She failed to mention I gave all her money back and did not have to. The bungalow is next to my house at the END of my driveway. The tarp ceiling is to cover foam board insulation in solarium portion. The shed portion is finished out with cedar thruout. I have excellent reviews on Abnb. Most people love it and very few dont. I have quality linens and everything is very clean. It's a bargain for the money.

A++ Bungalow

The bed was very comfy, everything was clean, the heater kept the space plenty warm, & the owner was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. The room had a large nice TV that was comfortably seen from the bed. It was just what we needed. We wanted to get away for a few days & recoup from the holidays, but we didn't want to be too far from home. This place fit the bill & worked out nicely. Even though the owner was in the house right next door, we had complete privacy. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that the hot water didn't get quite hot enough for a comfortable shower in the winter time, so it was a little chilly while showering, but the shower did contain everything you needed so no need to drag all that stuff with you. Overall A++ stay.

So sorry about the shower. I will definitely check out the tankless hot water heater. You're the first guests I've had when temperatures were in the freezing range.
