Cold water showers & attitude from staff

As for breakfast, we would have appreciated receiving your feedback earlier, so that we could have addressed any issues and improved your experience. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. We’ve stayed here 3 times and especially like the rooms on the top floor that have patios facing the mountains. There’s no elevator so it’s a hike to the fourth floor. The staff always helps us with our luggage.
