When booking the room I indicated 3 people (2 adults and 6 yo kid). I paid for the kid as well, thinking that this would be payment for all extras in relation to the kid, but turned out that this was just breakfast and in general the room with king size wouldn’t fit 3 people!
The staff was kind enough to resolve issue immediately, offering the room with 2 queen size beds, which is same cost.
In general, nice hotel, nice breakfast.

Nice hotel but some things could improve.....

The breakfast area is almost too small when the hotel is full, we were lucky to get a table and it was a bit chaotic. 2. The rooms are like saunas even with the heating turned off, we couldn't open the window because we were with a small baby. 3. You should really consider providing a late check out as standard on a weekend, people are there to ski and it is a real pain in the backside having to check out when you want to ski. It would be great if you could check out at 4pm after finishing skiing.

Hotel bar on7th floor is smoking area. In evenings it is unbearably smoky in there.

Skiing Trip
Publié le 17 janv. 2022 sur HotelsStay was very nice as always. Only thing the hotel needs to do is allow the room temperature control to drop below 25 deg C. Room was too warm to sleep in.
