Don’t waste your time

Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to contact them for room cleaning and change towels. No TV control remote. Gaps in the room’s door what makes the light go through. By far our worst hotel experience in Vietnam after 3 years. We understand that we receive what we pay but they should have minimum standards to recommend the hotel. We will never be back. There are better places nearby. Unluckily due the situation they were closed.

좋은 점 1. 간단한 영어 대화 가능 2. 호텔 사장이 운영하는 호텔 옆 카페, 커피가 굉장히 맛있음 3. 굉장히 저렴 4. 근처 식당 많음 아쉬운 점 1. 수압이 약함
