From the entrance to our exit it was such a wonderil experience. We loved how we were greeted at the entrance of the hotel with dayes and milk, really made us feel welcome and special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and not a burden. We have stayed at a few fairmont hotels around the world. However this was by far the best!! Our only regret was that we didnt have time to stay for longer. Definitely will be back!!

Beautiful property; great service
This is a brand new building (I believe it opened a year ago) located in the Marina district across the river from Rabat. It was very quiet because of Ramadan so the property seemed to have very few guests. However; it was fully staffed and the restaurants were open as normal. We had great Peruvian food on the first night and breakfast in a beautiful Moroccan themed restaurant the next morning. We were greeted personally by both the night manager the night we arrived and the general manager the morning of our departure. If you ask hotel staff where anything is (bathroom etc) they don’t point you in the direction, they actually stop what they are doing and personally walk you there. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a sitting area with a side view of the ocean.

Well done team Fairmont
This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel a very warm welcome from all the staff(apologies for not remembering names) and you all deserve nothing but praise. You honestly define what 5* hospitality is all about. The different aromas throughout the hotel are such a magic touch and differ from floor to floor. The team made an extra effort in our room as it was our anniversary. The bubble bath that was ready for us upon entering the room was an impressive task. Room amenities were perfect and the furniture and general comfort of the room was outstanding! Food was really good, both breakfast room service and the nikkei restaurant on the top floor. Architecturally, this whole place is a dream and hats off to everyone involved. An incredible stay in an incredible hotel with a team of staff who are exceptional at their jobs and made our stay a truly warm and magical experience.

We were on vacation with the family from 11 years old to 83 years old. We were very well received with Nora, clear explanation and always with a smile. Nora even organized a little surprise for our child's birthday. The concierge Achfra also served us wonderfully, our transportation, activities, all were perfect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well placed in the city, very clean and very well decorated. The only negative point is that we only had one restaurant open, the other 2 were closed but the kindness of Nora and Achfra made us forget it

Nous sommes rester 4 jours au fairmont rabat, et absolument rien a dire, chambre propre, service super reactif, accueil chaleureux, l'hospitalité marocaine est la avec le standing d'un 5 etoiles,l'hotel est recent et tres propre bien entretenu, petit dejeuner varié avec de vrais choix healthy et gourmands, le rooftop ambiancé, la piscine pas tres tres grande mais largement suffisante, bref sejour Nickel rien a redire je reviendrais sans hesiter une seconde
