Thanks for writing a review. Since I had no control of the AC going out in the house, I had to put an AC unit in the room to accommodate your needs. It was totally out of my control. I thought you understood this. Had you told me, I could have put you in the outside cottage. Best to both of you.

accueil chaleureux mais le petit déjeuner un peu juste pancakes et les gâteaux pas terribles pas de beurre on nous a proposé des fonds de pots de confiture...
j'avais demandé la chambre pour 3 avec salle de bain privative heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres clients car il n'y avait qu'une salle de bain commune(tromperie par rapport au descriptif)
chambre et prestations pas terribles pour 200 dollars par jour

Thanks for your comments. I always strive to satisfy all of my guests to the fullest. Must have been a misunderstanding of some sort, because I never serve jam with blueberry walnut pancakes. It's always served with local cane syrup and/or fresh maple syrup. The bedroom you selected did have a private bath. I always show guests all of the rooms when others are not reserved, so they can select the one best for them. Again, thanks for your comments.

Claudette est très investie dans le développement de son B&B et fait tout pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes agreable.

I didn’t know what a bed and breakfast was, I regretted booking it after finding out because I didn’t feel comfortable staying in a place like that, however I changed my mind after arriving. Claudette was wonderful and very welcoming/friendly. The conversations were very easy going and pleasant. The other guests were very nice too. Would definitely recommend staying here.

great host and relaxing B&B
Publié le 3 déc. 2021 sur Hotelsfrom booking confirmation i was impressed with the friendliness of Claudette. the room was kept stocked and the amenities were calming and relaxing. there is great areas to sit back and relax of an evening along the Bayou. I recommend this Chateaux on the Bayou for any get away in SE Louisiana.

Unfortunately, Hurricane Ida hit our area on Aug. 29, 2021 and I had no internet, phone service, electricity, or cable for over 2 months afterwards. I could not access any reservations the entire time. All of your money was refunded to you. Not sure why you felt a need to write such a negative review when you never came here or stayed here.
