Looks can be so deceiving.Immediately as I opened the door to my room a funky ,musty odor hit me, but it looked clean but with a terrible order. I noticed that the handles on the bathroom door were dirty and my refrigerator didn't work so I went ahead and got settled. Afterwards I went to the front desk and told them about my issues. He fixed the refrigerator but nothing else.I went out later on that evening to get some disinfected spray for the room when I sprayed the entire room with lysol,it helped, but eventually the smell came back,so I decided to just suck it up and not complain anymore.Later on that night I went to take a shower as I turned the shower water on to warm it up the water started to come outside of the shower floor and run behind the toilet ,sink and proceed to come out of the bathroom into the hallway. I immediately turned the shower off and called the staff member about my issue she told me that she would be thete in a minute.She knocks at the door and gives me 10 big towels and proceeds to explain to me how to position these towels onto the shower floor in order for me to get a quick bath.I told the staff if you knew to bring me all thes towels that tells me that this is not a new problem.She hung her head and replied I will be back later to pick them all up.Plus baking soda on top of the closet and a brown durty stained shower curtain. I was so disgusted by then I wanted a new room, but know one offered me one. Horrible Place!!!!!

I apologize that you had this experience at our hotel. Sounds like we gave you a room that we were still working on. Please next time just have us give you another room. We definitely do not want our guests to have this experience.

Great stay
