Beautiful Mountain View Condo, 2Bd, 2 Bath, Pool, Hot Tub

Exceptionally quiet condo in The Peaks in Radium Hot Springs with unobstructed views of Mount Berland and the Brisco Range with 2 Bedrooms (King and Queen) and 2 full bathrooms just off the main drive of the town. There is a seasonal communal pool in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to access. From the condo it's only a couple minute walk to any number of restaurants in Radium and a great location for an evening stroll. The balcony overlooks the green space and walking path with clear views to the Rocky Mountains with a good chance of catching a deer or big horn sheep walking by. There is ample free parking out front of the building and a designated heated spot in the underground parkade. We offer a locked secure spot for the storage of your Bikes, Ski and Snowboard Equipment, Golf Clubs, etc, beside our parking stall in the garage for you to use.

The 2nd floor (building has an elevator) condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a King Bed and one with a Queen Bed. The master has a full ensuite, while a second full bathroom is accessible to the rest of the condo. An elegant dining room seats up to 6 guests or cozy up in the living room around the electric fireplace and big screen TV to watch your favorite show with seating for 6 as well. Retire onto the balcony (equipped with a BBQ) to enjoy a bevvy as you watch the sunset reflecting off the Brisco Mountain Range. The patio is also a perfect way to start the morning sipping a tea or coffee bathed in the morning sun. There is plenty to enjoy with this condo in Radium Hot Springs!

Radium is a busy hub for hiking, backpacking, golf, watersports and snowmobiling. The infamous Radium Hot Springs are just a few minutes drive up the highway, or for the more ambitious, you can walk to them as well. Panorama Ski Resort is only 30 minutes drive from Radium. Stay with us and enjoy all the area has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and it is now our favourite spot! It was very comfortable and peaceful and there's a beautiful view from the balcony. It was also very clean and organized. Nice 2 night stay in spacious unit
I gave four stars for this unit based on it being a good overall and would return, however, there are some things that could be improved. Pros: - Spacious unit that has a great layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms being in the "wings". - The pantry was well stocked with all kinds of items including coffee, coffee filters, sugar, ziploc bags, bag clips, etc - Underground parking - Comfortable, firm beds - Real, non-HE washing machine with agitator and appreciated the fact that the laundry detergent was unscented - Great views and very quiet. Didn't hear anything from other units. Cons: - Cleanliness can be improved - the bottoms of the shower curtains were pink with mold, bath mat in one of the bathrooms wasn't clean and doesn't appear to be washable, one of the plates was clearly still dirty with egg - Decor could be improved, less is more - Information in the binder needs to be updated, code for garbage was incorrect. Fortunately, another guest staying there was able to give us the correct one.

Second visit to the Peaks condo, had the same one. Quiet & clean. Condo is well laid out & comfortable .. totally enjoyed the hot tub & pool. All in all we had a relaxing 3 days.

Really appreciated the responsiveness of the host! She checked in with us when we got there and replied promptly when I had a question during our stay. Beautiful condo which was well equipped for all our needs. Really appreciated the wagon to haul our stuff to the car!

It is a well provisioned condo with a great view of the mountains and convenient location to walk to restaurants. Very clean, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was nice after golfing and the underground parking lot worked well. Owner communication and condo access was easy.

Coming back next year!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Peaks! We have stayed at the condo complex for many years and it was our first time staying at Shelly’s condo. We will definitely book here again! I’m previous years it was difficult to find parking but being given the opportunity to use the underground parking stall was great! This year we didn’t bring our bikes up, but next time we will as there was a storage area that we could have locked up our bikes in the parking garage. Our family is already thinking about dates for next summer when we can go back and book here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great pace
We booked 4 nights. The condo is well located, well equipped, and was very clean. There were plenty of cleaning supplies for kitchen and laundry. Communication with the host was great. The only downside was a missing Firestick controller. We highly recommend this rental for a stay in Radium.
