Pas de wifi disponible dans la chambre, les murs sont trop épais. Pas de couverture 4G non plus. Ma chambre était à l’extérieur au bout du bâtiment . La douche est d’une autre époque mais elle fonctionne bien. Le positif est que ce n’est qu’à deux heures du terminal Ferry de Poole. Chambre avec frigo et nécessaire pour le petit déjeuné.

Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsVery happy with the room and facilities, very friendly owner and extremely comfy bed. The only downside was there was no phone signal in the area, but that also meant i had no distractions for the evening! So not so bad.
It also had great parking right outside the room.
Great price too for what you get. Highly recommended.

The room had a nasty smell. The toilet seat was loose and slipped sideways when I sat on it, in order to stop myself from falling I had to step into the cobwebs under the sink. The shower was hot and powerful, but the shower head was rusty and caked in calcium deposits. Everything in the room was run down, in need of decoration or just grubby.
The room was advertised as "Breakfast included" the breakfast was a choice of 3 individual packets of cornflakes and a pint of milk.
The mattress was hard and a bit lumpy.
There was no wi-fi or mobile phone signal.
When I left on the second morning there was nobody available to return the key to, so I had to post it through the letter box in the front door of the pub (which had been closed the evening before)

Bathroom sink could be cleaned . Old toothpaste marks. An updated shower head would help. No toiletries are supplied if you've made an unplanned stopped.

Very tired and dirty! We will never stay there again! Paid £80 and I personally wouldnt even stay if it was offered for £10!

Nice pub but the rooms are next door ... and mine smelled - damp (and a bit worse). Tired furnishings, noisy road just outside. Unless they have other rooms elsewhere, I'm baffled at the current rating.

Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HotelsVery poor quality. Not clean, even had cobwebs. Dirt around sink. Needs a repaint and refurbishment. Tired and old furnishings. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and a loaf of sliced bread in a fridge resting on a windowsill. No wi fi.
Landlord was though friendly. A character who talked disparagingly and openly about others to a stranger like myself.
