Located in the former Golden Bay Silos on Raglan Wharf, these stylish apartments are perfect for a unique getaway.

Enjoying its own expansive outdoor courtyard, the WATERS EDGE apartment is literally a stone’s throw from the water on the ground floor. With a fresh contemporary design and furnishings, a holiday here is real treat. Ideally suited to one or two couples or one couple and two single guests. Two bedroom.

You can swim, fish and kayak in safe inner Harbour or relax on the expansive outdoor deck. Watch Raglan Harbour activity, launch your own boat from the doorstep, dine in the cafe/restaurant next door, visit Tony Sly pottery studio, Soul Shoes or take a pleasant 10 minute stroll along the waterfront to the rest of Raglan’s shops and cafes.

Equally stunning in winter! Admire the dramatic changing skies through glass windows while staying warm and cosy or open the louvres in the courtyard wall and view the ever changing Raglan Harbour.

We had a lovely 4 days in Raglan. The place was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Everything we needed. Comfy beds, mod cons & a great large outside area. Right on the wharf with some restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Hosts were lovely and Communication was great.

A perfect family holidays

This was a lovely place to stay. Tidy, clean and well spec'd plus a dedicated car park. The location is great, just a 10 minute amble into the centre of town. Raglan itself really put on a show for us with great weather, plus we had great service from every shop and restaurant we visited. The Comms with the owners was instant and friendly, great people. No complaints, no grumble, as the title says it was a perfect break for our family of four.

Had a lovely weekend in Raglan staying here. Is a nice apartment in a great location - it’s an easy, flat 10 min walk into town. Bed is really comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Nice unit and well appointed. The only thing was the access way right past the wall of the property - very busy with pedestrians, boats, service trucks and cars. From the picture you get the impression you are waters edge without the road in between. Never the less we had a lovely stay, Love Raglan, friendly people and enjoyed the market on Sunday.

Wonderful! Exactly as described but also so much better!

This is a stunning property, simply but beautifully appointed, with lovely quirky art, comfortable furniture and just the right amount of space for a small family! We were so pleasantly surprised to find some board games, colouring books and ball as well for our young one to enjoy. Perfect location, and despite being at the busy wharf, you feel utterly cocooned in your own little sanctuary. Easily accessible to town and the beach. We loved our stay and can't wait to stay again! The only thing to note is that cafes, restaurants and the like shut early in Raglan! Make sure you go to eat before 8pm :-) but the apartment has all you need to self cater which is also a bonus.
