If you don’t want to watch the river from your hotel room in this town, don’t stay here. I won’t be staying here in future,

Dear Guest,Regret to have a negative comment which is actually a confused one as we have River Facing rooms and as per your booking it is a first floor riverfacing suite and on your request we provided the ground floor. Please consider to correct the feedback, if possible

The hotel location is very good. Staff is friendly but can be more communicative. The property needs some maintenance. Overall experience is good.

On the banks of Godavari river but no access to go the river beach. They have a gate that leads to the river but the gare is permanently closed.
Lots of mosquitoes but we're not provided with mosquito repellent or nets.
The property needs lot of up keeping and renovation.
Nice location though with close proximity to some of the tourist attractions.

Thank you for your feedback. We used to have the access to the River whereas due to the restrictions we have closed. The mosquitoes are partially there due to river water getting receded. There are rooms which are renovated and due to high occupies you have been allotted a old one. Thanks for your genuine feedback. We will ensure the drawbacks are not repeated.

Good to see the river next to it.
The stay is comfortable.
Food during breakfast was ordinary.

Beautiful greenery. But room was moldy smelling. Service at reception very unfriendly. Room service was very fast and good.
