I think the ownership of the hotel does not have any experience in running hospitality business, the staff is nice and well intended but does not have any training in hotel business , I booked through hotels.com with all mela inclusive but at the hotel they refused to honor the meal part and they wanted me to take up with hotels.com , internet connection was very sketchy and they had no room router left , I asked for iron which they sent in the room which was not working , the locker box in the room had wrong instructions on how to operate , I did not try there foos so cannot comment on that , the Aircondition worked perfectly , at the time of checkout they had no staff to come over and get the bags so I had to drag all the suitcases myself , I would not stay here agin If I had a choice , I normally stay at fern but due to cricket match in rajkot they were sold out , it is a great location so an experienced operator can really do well , I wish them good luck

not bad but not mesmerizing also
Publié le 20 févr. 2023 sur HotelsUn welcoming reception.Front desk needs a improvement.Not so friendly.I waited for check out despite being informed in advance.Food taste need to be improved and nothing big on menu. Location is close by to market.
