Overall it was pretty good. The elevator situation was kind of annoying. Several times we had to wait for another elevator because the cleaning staff was taking up the entire elevator. Parking to check in was confusing. There were no spaces to park and we didn’t see any signs saying where to go for valet parking.

I found the hotel rooms dark with poor lighting, and few outlets. The elevators were horrible! The valet staff were friendly and helpful but thats about it! I wont stay there again.

Excellent location for walking to restaurants and entertainment venues. The art museum on premises was a definite added value.
