The bathroom walls are dirty and it appears that they mop dirt to the sides of the floor. The most disappointing part of the stay is the spring mattress bed on a metal platform that sounds like a gun going off when you move and the hard mattress. As a single Mom, I can’t afford to spend money on a bad night’s sleep. I will never stay at a Best Western anywhere again.
