My only issue was at check-in and it wasn’t with the employee. Unfortunately, I have some major allergies to high odors and perfumes, etc. when we walked in to check in and get our keys, there was a group all sitting in the lobby. The amount of perfume And possibly incense burning was atrocious. I got my key and went straight upstairs while my husband unloaded the vehicle. I thought I was OK but about midnight I woke up with a severe case of hives all over. Thankfully, my Benadryl worked or I would’ve had to use my EpiPen! My son-in-law stated that morning it was still bad so I decided to mask up just to get outside. There are a lot of individuals with allergies like this. I don’t have problems when there’s minimal amounts used, but it was so high in that lobby, it burned your eyes. Other than that, that room was great!

Great hotel. One mi or complaint is the parking was a little difficult at times but other than that, perfect.

The front desk clerk never smiled or welcomed us. Check in was unpleasant for this reason. The telephone in our room had no hook up to the wall and the tub hsd no drain stopper.

Our room was very clean as was the hotel itself. Front desk was very nice & helpful. My only complaint is the view from our window was of a what appeared to be a car junkyard. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was not clean, it had dead bugs on floor. Restroom was not clean.

We stayed here for 4 days. The hotel lobby floor is dirty most of the time. When we got there, the first impression was not the best, but once inside the room, it was very clean. I guess it is a very busy hotel because of the location (very busy location near everything). The chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were a nice surprise.

Property was clean. Breakfast options good. Great customer service. The only issue we had was the air conditioner leaked water unto the floor causing some personal things to get wet nearby. Reported the issue and maintenance man wasnt available, but someone brought towels to put down and rectify the issue right away. Also, this is a non-smoking hotel, but was hit with weed smell as soon as we walked off the elevator. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
