Hospitable and most accomodating. Rooms were immaculate and clean. Karen was quick, pleasant and helpful. The fellow in the morning was super nice. Great quiet stay.

You get what you pay for.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsToilet flooded they offered a plunger and dropped it at the door. No cleaning supplies or anything let us do it ourselves. Disgusting. Will not be back. Lots of yelling from ppl in the next room until two in the morning.

Dear Guest, We apologize about your experience during your stay. I don't think the front desk staff understood your entire needs. We would have spoken to the guest who was loud during your stay, but we were not aware. Give us a second chance. Enjoy your day.

Man sitting in front of entrance with 12 pk beer drinking 3 construction vans with men sitting around drinking smoking Hotel clerk stated they were guest. Linens smelled dirty and sheets did not fit the beds., too small, we felt like we were getting bug bites at night

Dear Guest, We service all types of guests here. Our area is growing some guest work, and this is their home away from home. Most hotels have a bar or market panty that offer adult beverages. We haven't seen anyone at the door of the hotel with these items. We would have asked them to be more discrete. We haven't had any guest bothering any other guest during their stay. We wish you would have brought your linens to our attention and the guest services staff would have been able to assist with a room change or more sheets. We had maintenance your room and there weren't any signs of bugs in your room.

Just Okay
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAn older property that needs some TLC I found the A/C not able to keep the room cool and when it rained you could smell mustiness.
Overall it was a room the bed was okay and the room was okay. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
