When we arrived the pool looked nice but was locked almost the whole time. Besides that when we got into our room it smelled of mold, but we tried pushing past this. The smell made us so sick we ended up going to a friend's house 45 minutes away. When we returned the next day to get our clothes the ceiling was tearing and a bunch of dust was all over the dresser. Unsure if this was from the people upstairs or if the building was just breaking down

Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my concern about the conditions we encountered during our recent stay at your hotel last night, Aug 31- Sept 1st. Upon arrival, we discovered mold growing on the first layer of the bed sheets in our room 112. This is a serious health hazard, as mold exposure can lead to respiratory issues and other health problems. Additionally, the sheets were dirty. While we understand that sometimes the appearance of a room may not be perfect, the presence of mold on the bed sheets is unacceptable. We are very concerned about the potential health risks associated with mold exposure, including the possibility of inhaling mold spores and becoming ill. Due to these unsatisfactory and hazardous conditions, we respectfully request a full refund for our stay. We hope that you will take our concerns seriously and address these issues to ensure the safety and well-being of your guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The door to our room opened without the key. Management worked quickly to get us a new room, and were very nice. The faucet in the tub incessantly leaked and had to throw a towel down so we wouldn’t have to hear it. Door didn’t seem to shut all the way and showed the light from the outside.

It was musty, dingy and not well kept. Sure they cleaned sheets and towels but the door had black mold and the bathroom door was creaky and didn't lock (this was important because my 1 year old kept opening it while we were using it). There were cracks all around the room between the walls and floor and were not cleaned in a while. The free 'breakfast' was a bag with Sunny D, crackers, a fruit and a mini muffin. The staff was friendly enough but they know what kind of place it is.
