We only stayed for a night, but everything was clean and well kept. Our only complaints were that we were told breakfast started at 6:30 am when it actually started at 7 am, and this mattered because we were on a time crunch leaving the next day. Also, there was some miscommunication and we were under the impression that breakfast was complimentary, so we were surprised to receive a bill we had to pay for. Happy to pay for services, but please make it clear upfront that breakfast is paid and don't mislead guests. Additionally, there was a sign on the breakfast bar stating that any items carried out of the breakfast area would have to be paid for. Having to pay an additional cost for any breakfast items carried out feels very stingy for paying guests, especially on top of the paid breakfast, which is a flat fee per person.This is also pretty unusual for a Hilton hotel. We were only staying for one night urgently and on a budget, so it would have been comforting to have our morning meal included in the price of the room. We may or may not choose to stay here again, and we will definitely be double-checking about costs that are or not included.

Thank you very much for staying with us recently and apologize for the issues with the breakfast. The hotel has many different rates that the guests can choose from ranging from a simple room rate to a room rate that includes breakfast to a rate that may include a late checkout, to a rate that can be cancelled or not cancelled at a lower rate, etc. This way the guest can choose what is important to them. Room 200 floor needs a GOOD vacuuming Bathroom very clean. Two keys issued. One did not work. New keys issued. One did not work. Walking around the building am sure was healthy. But not a priority
