Perfect size apartment in great neighborhood

The property manager gave us clear instructions for check in and check out and promptly answered any questions we had. The neighborhood was perfect as it was close to all our favorite Durham restaurants and we were able to walk everywhere. We would love to stay here again, if property is available.

Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayTerrific apartment in an area close to the conventioncenter with museums, restaurants, cultural sites close-by. 7 minutes to walk to the meeting site.
Apartment is as described with a secure entry, garage for 1 vehicle, very clean and well appointed.
Host was great at answering questions. We arrived an hour prior to official check in time, but after calling her, she sent the lockbox code, and allowed me to checkin.
Only comments: a better shower head would be welcome, a trashbin in the bedroom would be helpful.
Quiet, comfortable, lots of natural light......highly recommended.

The entire facility was great and felt very welcoming. The hosts were amazing and very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely book again when in town.
