Charming, spacious and comfortable

Nice Victorian in convenient historic neighborhood

Great neighborhood, walk to everything
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was beautiful, clean and located in the lovely Oakwood Historic District. The home had everything we needed and appeared to be newly renovated. We spent lots of time on the porch and even met the neighbors. Great for a family or group of friends.

Great home

The refrigerator was not cooling properly and she sent a repair company out. My only criticism is that the home and the wonderful porch while clean, are in need of a deep cleaning.
A little more attention to the cleaning process would make this “perfect”.

Publié le 8 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house and location are convenient and lovely. Great porch! Unfortunately, we had several issues that were ignored after making contact with Evolve. One toilet malfunctioned, and we ended up fixing it after much effort. The garbage disposal didn’t work, and the refrigerator didn’t cool properly. We had to throw away most of the food purchased. Also found 2 live cockroaches in the house. After several attempts to receive some price accommodation with no response at all, I’m finally writing this less than stellar review. First one ever.
