We had a very unexpectedly tough stay at this hotel. Our room was filthy and the bathtub had mold throughout (photo attached). There were about 20 young adolescents estimated from 12-14 years old running around the hotel completely without supervision. They continued to scream and yell and run up and down the stairs until around two am. We called multiple times to ask what could be done but it continued on. Shame on the parents who let this happen and shame on the hotel for allowing it to affect the other guests.

Hotel did not have the room described in reservation. Online says two queen beds but front desk claimed those don’t exist. Only kings with pull out couches. Not suitable for more than 2 people that like to share a bed. Not a good choice for sports travel with teammates sharing rooms.

Unhappy with "who owns it"
I booked thru Hotels.com, a two- queen bed suite, however they gave me a suite with a king and a pull out couch.. That was frustrating, they didn't have one to switch and told me since I booked thru 3rd party, I should have called the hotel directly once i made the original reservation.... HUH?? SO, not sure if I should blame Hotels.com or Embassy Suites.. but either way, I did not sleep well on a fold out for 3 nights.. Perhaps Hotels.com can give me a credit on my account? I prefer using Hotels.com, but hate that I then need to call hotel to "make sure" what I reserve, is actually reserved???
