Refrigerator did not work. Front desk told my wife the light bulb needed to be replaced and the maintenance guy would replace it. The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not causing me to throw away dinner. Mirror or something missing from wall with the mounts still visible. Weather stripping visibly in need of repair on front door. Front desk person yelling at someone on the phone. Room phone not hooked up. No paper towls or kleenex in room. Person screaming obsenities in hallway after midnight. and again at 4PM the next day.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Worst hotel I have ever been to. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong (much smaller) room. We got that resolved. The hallway on the second had the overwhelming smell of cat urine. That smell never went away. We are a family of 5 and reserved a suite large enough to sleep 5…however we were only given 2 towels for 5 people for a 2 day stay. We attempted to get towels from the front desk, but no one was ever there working. The people staying above us were so loud. Sounded like several kids running around for several hours between 7pm and 10pm. Sleeping in my car would have been better than this. Please avoid this place!

My daughter and I got woken up in the middle of the night by a guest either above us or next to us that was banging so loud and being so loud at 2 o’clock in the morning I tried to call the front desk, but it had a number that went to a helpdesk and the guy said that he would talk to the front desk lady, and when he got back to me, he said the front desk lady would come by my room and talk to me, but she never did and no one ever did anything about how noisy They were being and I will never stay at this hotel again there is no overnight desk person to ask for help
