Room was clean. Front desk people were more worried about being on their phones than helping customers. You pay for parking and they say they have security, my vehicle was broken into and not notified. The cameras on the outside the building were not able to see my vehicle when I acquired about seeing video.

I have always enjoyed my accommodations at chapel Hill. Expedia, on the other hand, totally screwed up their reservation. They also made it particularly hard to rectify the problem.

Visit to Chapel Hill.

I was shocked that I had to pay to park. Also they’ve raised the pet fee to 75.00. I board my dog for 35.00. The room was fine, clean and comfortable but being nickel and dimed is ridiculous. Unfortunately the parking and dog fee is why I won’t be returning to your hotel.

Having to pay to park at a rural Hampton Inn! That is absolutely ridiculous. And although the room was clean and comfortable, the bed had two little completely worn out flat foam pillows and two feather pillows, which were equally worn out. I went to the front desk and asked for more foam pillows as my wife is deathly allergic to feather pillows. She said There weren’t any and that’s all that they had. Completely unacceptable for a Hampton Inn.

Hampton Stay

A group of friends visited here together to attend UNC ballgames. The Hampton was comfortable and in a convenient location. Shout out to Zykia and Lanetta for outstanding service and their friendly demeanors.

Quiet and restful night's sleep. Clean. Breakfast food choices were great and staff throughout the property was very helpful and wonderful. ***You do have to pay for parking using the QR code or you will get a ticket so look around where you park.

What an extremely welcoming and friendly front desk!!! Hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast starts at 6 AM. Complimentary water bottles. Suites are huge. What more can you ask for?

Our reservation was messed up. Manager was never on site when needed, seems to work from 930 am to 4 pm. neatly avoiding integration with guests. Evening desk staff are great. Morning desk staff are downright surly. They also have that awful pay-to-park system. You get nothing for your money, no cover, no security. no valet. We have decided not to stay in hotels that have that system. Because of the reservation hassle, the surly staff, the absent manager, the stupid parking rip off, we left a day early and will no longer do business with Hampton Inns as a chain. Many other options are available.
